Who runs this website
This website is published by Seaszen SL, an estate agency established in Spain. Our office is at Parking Club de Golf Guadalmina, local 13-14, 29678 San Pedro Alcántara, Málaga. What this website is for
This is an information service. It shows properties for sale on the Costa del Sol and explains what buying here involves. Nothing on this website is a binding offer, and no purchase, reservation or contract is concluded through it. Every sale runs through a Spanish notary, with your own lawyer beside you.
Where the properties come from
Most of what you see comes from the database that estate agencies on this coast share. The descriptions, measurements, photographs and prices in a listing are supplied by the agency or the owner that put the property on the market. We refresh that data daily, but we do not measure the properties ourselves and we cannot guarantee that every figure is exact or still current. Anything that matters to your decision deserves to be checked before you commit, and we will check it with you.
About the prices shown
Prices are the asking prices published by the seller, in euros, and they are what the seller receives. They do not include the cost of buying: in Andalusia that adds roughly 8 to 13 per cent on top, depending on whether the property is a resale or a new build. Notary, land registry and your own lawyer come on top of that again. We set the arithmetic out per property before you make an offer. Our own guidance is free of charge to you as a buyer; on this coast the seller pays the commission.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, save and share what is here. You may not copy the listings in bulk, republish them, or extract them by automated means, whether by scraping, crawling or any other method, without our written permission. The data is not ours alone to give away: it belongs to the agencies and owners who supplied it.
Intellectual property
The design of this site, the text we wrote and our own photography belong to Seaszen SL. The photographs and descriptions of individual properties belong to the agency or owner who supplied them and appear here under the terms of the shared database. If you believe something here infringes your rights, mail info@seaszen.com and we will look at it straight away.

Where we link to a site that is not ours, that link is there because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what they publish or for how they handle your data.
What we are and are not responsible for
We keep this site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never interrupted. We are not liable for decisions taken purely on the basis of what is published here, which is exactly why we say to verify what matters. Nothing in this notice limits our liability where Spanish law does not allow it to be limited, and nothing here affects the rights you have as a consumer.

Spanish law applies to this website and to this notice. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
